7-day returns

If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Contact our team before sending your parcel for return instructions.

90-day warranty & exchanges

CHROMIC earbuds have a 90-day warranty. Exchanges are available for items that do not work or were damaged during delivery. Send your order details and a description of the issue to our support team. Photos or a short video can help us assess the issue.
