Last updated: 18 October 2026

This policy explains how CHROMIC handles personal information when you visit chromic.ma, place an order, or contact us.

Information we collect

When you order or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, delivery address, email address if supplied, order details, and messages. Our Shopify storefront may also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser, device information, and browsing activity through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

We use information to process and confirm orders, arrange delivery and cash-on-delivery collection, provide support, manage returns and warranty requests, protect against misuse, and maintain our storefront.

Service providers

Our store is hosted by Shopify. We use Releasit to support cash-on-delivery orders. Information needed to fulfil your order is shared with our delivery provider. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services. Information may be processed outside Morocco depending on the provider. You can read Shopify’s privacy policy for information about its practices.

Cookies & your choices

Shopify uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the storefront. Depending on enabled features, these technologies may also support analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser and any privacy controls offered on the website. Blocking essential cookies can affect store functionality.

Retention & protection

We retain information as needed for orders, support, disputes, and applicable record-keeping requirements. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your requests

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to ask about how it is used. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any records we must retain. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
