Product & compatibility
Which connector should I choose?
Match the connector to your device: USB-C for a compatible USB-C port, or iPhone Lightning for an iPhone with a Lightning port. Silver is our only available finish.
Do they need charging or Bluetooth?
No. Both versions work simply by plugging them into a compatible device.
Do they have a microphone?
Yes, both versions include a built-in microphone for calls.
Orders & delivery
How much do they cost?
179 DH instead of 249 DH. Delivery is 30 DH throughout Morocco. Enter CHRMCFREE in the order form to receive free delivery.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available. Check your connector, phone number, and full delivery address before submitting your order.
When will my order arrive?
Our delivery timeframe is 1–2 days throughout Morocco. If your order is delayed, contact our support team.
After your purchase
What does the warranty cover?
We offer a 90-day warranty. Exchanges are available for malfunctioning earbuds or items damaged during delivery. Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.
Can I return them if I am unsatisfied?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Contact us before sending your parcel so we can arrange the return.
